Journaling Prompt
Reflect on the idea that self-care is not just a luxury or "nice-to-have" but a moral obligation to respect your own inherent worth. How do you see your daily actions aligning with this perspective? Are there ways in which you may be neglecting your duties to yourself, and how could you begin to address them? Explore what it means to balance self-care as both a moral responsibility and an act of self-respect.
